Chris has done work for me before and always to an excellent standard, including some major rewiring. This time it was also substantial work wiring in new kitchen appliances, moving and adding plugs, etc, as I put in a new kitchen.
As before Chris' work is to the very highest stanard. He's always transparent about costs and explains the job, what needs to be done, how and why.
I've always found his work to be faultless, and it always helps when a tradesperson is as friendly as he is and he's always punctual, not one of those who arrive hours late because of another job or on another day.
I feel with Jepsmart that it's always money well spent as the standard of work is so high.

Chris fitted 4 wall lights, several double sockets & 2 dimmer switches for me. 1 of the light sockets was like a spaghetti junction inside, random wiring at its best! Chris was pleasant, polite & professional throughout, did an amazing job & somehow managed to sort out the crazy wiring. Left everything clean & tidy & I am so chuffed with how it all looks. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again or recommend. Huge thanks Chris 🙂

Chris supported with some electrical wiring during the installation of our bathroom at the start of 2024. During the installation, Chris observed a number of electrical safety concerns resultant from DIY work completed by the previous owner. He took us through what he'd observed and calmly explained the risk to us and how we should really get a full survey completed.
Chris completed the survey for us shortly after and compiled a thorough report that put our minds at rest about the risks to our home. He talked us through the options we had available to us and drew up some proposals to remedy our wiring issues in an affordable and prompt way that suited our budget and time restrictions. He turned up exactly on time and completed all the work to a very high standard, so much so that we asked him to come back and install a Ring doorbell, alarm and siren system a few weeks later. He talked us through the full installation, how to use the app and provided a full report of his work.
We will always go back to Chris in the future and have already recommended him to family.

Chris has done various pieces of work in every single room of my house, ranging from installing my wired Ring doorbell, fitting spotlights to the entire downstairs area, new wiring for a new kitchen installation, new bathroom lighting, bathroom extractor fan installation and LED mirror installation, new bedroom lighting, replacing an old outdated fuse box and locating and replacing exposed dangerous wiring. All of this was done to a very high standard and he arrived at the time that I was told he would turn up. I've had a faultless service despite the many issues and challenges that my house came with! I was recommended Jepsmart by a colleague and won't go anywhere else now!

Once again, outstanding workmanship and attention to detail. Fitted a new integrated electric double oven. Quickly identified and repaired the issue with our extractor/light over the shower cubicle. Advised on a leaking radiator. Polite, cleans up and turns up on time. Would not use anybody else. Thanks again Chris.

Can't fault anything about Chris' work and his professionalism.
Really reliable, honest work, arrives on time and is really clean + tidy.
Chris always talked us through the options we had available to us, and never forced us any way. We can't recommend Chris enough!
We won't need to look for an electrician quote again!

Chris came recommended from a friend and we have been delighted with his work. Over the last few months Chris has been improving the electrics in our 300 year old cottage. It’s been quite a job of unraveling previous work and bringing the electrics upto date as well as installing new lighting and recently new kitchen appliances.
Chris has been fantastic. Great communication. Lovely attention to detail. Provided practical advice and options about different approaches to some of the issues. We would highly recommend him and will continue to work with him.

Having used Chris on other rooms in our home I was confident to trust him with our kitchen renovation. Chris managed the project from start to finish and has delivered on every aspect beyond our expectations.
Chris brings in his own team, all are polite, chatty and deliver a great finished product ( Luke the plasterer, Lee the tiler and Gavin the decorator).
Chris has exceptional attention to detail. At the end of every day it is left clean and tidy (all trades). He keeps you informed all the way through, if you are unsure of anything he will make suggestions and if you change your mind (me, several times!) he is very accommodating and patient. We now have an amazing kitchen, I would not hesitate to recommend Chris for any job small or large. Overall excellent service and professional finish.

Chris recently worked with Bespoke Bathrooms in Rawdon to fit the electrics in my bathroom ( as well as a few smaller light fittings for me around the house) He was fantastic - always communicated quickly and politely on text and email to arrange dates and times. Cleared up after his work and was very reasonably priced and happy to accommodate small changes I made. I'd very much recommend him and use him again. Thanks Chris !

Chris conducted a major review of the electrics in our house in order to provide an electrical safety certificate. He went above and beyond, providing information and explanations of what costs might be involved and possible options. He was able to correct the electrics to the high standards required by the regulations and we have confidence in his work. We were really happy with the standard of work, timeliness of providing updates and scheduling further work when needed. Chris is a great tradesman - professional, friendly and has real attention to detail. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him!

Chris replaced the lighting in several rooms recently. Not only is his work to a high standard, he cleaned up each day when he had finished and made sure we were happy with his work. We made a mistake with the bulbs we requested and he spent time correcting this and checking the replacements were correct. We would highly recommend him to anyone and we're looking forward to his return later in the year when we will be refurbishing our en suite.
